Reiki
Rei (universal) Ki (life force energy) is the ancient Japanese art of transmitting universal life force energy from spirit through the practitioner to the seeker. As a Level I & II certified Reiki practitioner attuned to the symbols of the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage, and in connection with Crystalline Grid energy, I am able to receive Reiki energy and channel it to you to heal yourself—body, mind, and soul! Harness your innate power by returning to harmony through balancing your energy with the energy of the earth and Universe.

EFT Tapping
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is the practice of tapping on meridian points in the body to promote the movement and balancing of Chi (energy) to reduce or alleviate anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, physical pain, and more. Energy can get stuck in certain areas of the body after a painful experience. Encouraging an optimal flow state throughout the body with tapping helps to release negative thoughts, fears, and limiting beliefs that hold you back from stepping into your truth and purpose. As a certified EFT practitioner, I will lead you through a 3-part series of tapping in one 30-minute session, leaving you calm, centered, and capable of managing your emotions. Settle comfortably into the natural rhythm of the soul: peace, serenity, optimism, and joy.

Chakra Balancing
Your chakras are the superhighway of energy flowing throughout your body and if they are blocked or dysregulated, it is impossible for you to be at your best. Trained in chakra reading and clearing, I will assess your entire chakra system and intuitively feel where energy is blocked and work with specific energy centers as well as your overall energy to cleanse, clear, and open your chakras so you can show up for yourself and others as the highest and purest version of yourself—a vessel of love and light to the world! Includes an oracle card reading!
