It’s Contagious

It’s no secret the world is aching for good energy. Shining my light benefits my mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health, but more importantly, it encourages others to shine theirs. I consider shining my light to be a duty and an obligation when moving about the world.

Good energy is contagious.

Registering for the paint class you’ve wanted to do since junior high may give your friend wings to follow her creative pull. Picking up and throwing away litter may encourage others to do likewise. Sending a friend an unexpected gift may inspire them to pay it forward. They may not be conscious of why they feel confident to book their dream vacation or have the desire to send the handwritten card, but they do. Your high frequency, loving energy silently reaches and uplifts them.

Being the light is cyclical and grows in power as you practice: The energy you put out is what will come back to you. When you shine light outward, you invite divine light to enter your being, boosting feel-good chemicals which make you want to keep shining. Intentional transmission of light and love carves neural pathways that seek deeper carving.

This co-inspiration process has the power to reshape the planet into a place of trustworthy love and connection, now and for future generations.

There are many people who liberate others to step into their divinity on a consistent basis; it’s a way of life for them. They are the Transmitters of the Light. If this is you, thank you. I kindly ask you to up your game. The world needs you. (A sincere shout out to my peeps who are already working the 24-hour lightworker shift. Keep radiating!)

This search for high vibrational connection is endless as we pursue each other on social media platforms, opening the app sometimes 10 times a day (speaking from experience, not proudly), craving an experience that will connect us in universal light. If this were not true, we would not engage as often as we do. Yes, social media serves as an ego feed more often than not, but it is beneficial when well-intentioned friends and family cheer us on. And even more beneficial when we cheer others on, when we bring light.

If we want to feel connected after scrolling our news feeds we must enter that space with the intention to leave it better than we found it. We must create the good.

Posting high frequency, inspirational content and positive comments will serve humanity greatly. Offering compassionate love and light to those in need, on and off social media, creates a safe space for people to become better versions of themselves, and when people strive to be better, the world gets better.
