Burn It Down

The opposite of low self-worth is immense self-love. We must allow limitless self-love to move in and through us if we want to join in deep, meaningful connection with ourselves and the world around us—if we want peace.

If self-love is the solution, how do we get there? We stop the judgment, and the shaming.

People are a projection of how we feel about ourselves. We must stop shaming ourselves if we intend to stop shaming others, and we must stop shaming others. We do this by seeing ourselves as the highest form of love. Seeing yourself as the highest form of love helps you to see others in the same light. In this light we are connected; truly one, cognitively and spiritually, and we can love and trust each other with our whole hearts.

There is no shame in loving yourself. None. If you think you have a reason to feel shame, that is false messaging telling you lies. The truth is you are pure, bright, unfailing love.

Let your shame go up in flames. Burn it down baby! Burn that shame to the ground. See huge, wild, uncontrollable yellow, orange, red, and blue flames of love burn up every speck of shame you have carried since you were a child. Feel into the power that is present. Let spirit move you, and heal you, trusting yourself to handle every emotion that surfaces with confidence and calm.

Notice the genuine connection to your true being, every single part of you—the lovely and the unlovely. Witness your shame and your light, then let go of lies which no longer serve you. Be bold. Be brave. Feel the relief that brings unstoppable happy tears: big, unreserved, salty ones streaming down your face.

Once you come down from the ecstatic incineration of your old self and a new you is birthed, feel the calm. Welcome your True Self with what you wish you had to comfort you, then and now.

Know that you are healed.

When we stop shaming ourselves, we stop shaming others. We allow people to live their truth, and to shine their light. Free to step into our power with love, we let go of emotional self-protection and healing heart energy flows mutually and effortlessly. Collective love blossoms, trust emerges, and connection abounds.
